Application of Autologous Dressings in the Treatment of Chronic Lower Limb Ulcers

Theoretical Part (Duration: up to 1 hour):

  • Platelet-rich plasma and fibrin (iPRF, sPRF, aPRF) in tissue regeneration
  • The role of growth factors, stem cells, and fibrin in regenerative processes
  • The role of exosomes in regenerative therapies based on the advanced Autologix system
  • Indications for the use of PRP, PRF, and exosomes in wound treatment
  • Contraindications for autologous procedures
  • Treatment protocols
  • Patient preparation before the procedure
  • Post-treatment care
  • Materials and tools required for obtaining platelet-rich plasma and fibrin

Practical Part (Duration: up to 4 hours):

  • Procedures for obtaining platelet-rich fibrin – all liquid fractions (iPRF, sPRF)
  • Preparation of aPRF – solid fibrin fraction used as an autologous dressing
  • Combined procedure: iPRF + aPRF
  • Procedure for obtaining blood-derived exosomes using the Autologix system
  • Demonstration performed by the course instructor
  • Hands-on workshop – each participant performs procedures under the trainer’s supervision

Patients for training procedures are qualified by the course instructor. Training groups are limited to a maximum of 6 participants.


Each participant receives:

  • 4 packs of Fibrin Complex and 1 pack of PRF Advance
  • Certificate of course completion
  • Electronic post-training presentation
  • PRF harvesting protocols
