Application of Autologous Dressings in the Treatment of Chronic Lower Limb Ulcers

Theoretical Part (Duration: up to 1 hour):
- Platelet-rich plasma and fibrin (iPRF, sPRF, aPRF) in tissue regeneration
- The role of growth factors, stem cells, and fibrin in regenerative processes
- The role of exosomes in regenerative therapies based on the advanced Autologix system
- Indications for the use of PRP, PRF, and exosomes in wound treatment
- Contraindications for autologous procedures
- Treatment protocols
- Patient preparation before the procedure
- Post-treatment care
- Materials and tools required for obtaining platelet-rich plasma and fibrin
Practical Part (Duration: up to 4 hours):
- Procedures for obtaining platelet-rich fibrin – all liquid fractions (iPRF, sPRF)
- Preparation of aPRF – solid fibrin fraction used as an autologous dressing
- Combined procedure: iPRF + aPRF
- Procedure for obtaining blood-derived exosomes using the Autologix system
- Demonstration performed by the course instructor
- Hands-on workshop – each participant performs procedures under the trainer’s supervision
Patients for training procedures are qualified by the course instructor. Training groups are limited to a maximum of 6 participants.
Each participant receives:
- 4 packs of Fibrin Complex and 1 pack of PRF Advance
- Certificate of course completion
