AutologIX – system for harvesting autologous exosomes.

AutologIX is an innovative therapy utilizing the natural self-healing properties of the human body to promote tissue regeneration and repair. This method involves isolating exosomes from the patient’s own blood platelets and delivering them directly to the area in need of treatment.

What does the kit contain?

Our kit for harvesting autologous exosomes allows obtaining extracellular components of the highest purity and hyperconcentration. Its contents include:

IDRIA G (2 medical class IIB tubes) – a medical device intended for preparing autologous platelet-rich plasma concentrate from the patient’s blood. During centrifugation with IDRIA G, vesicles are released and remain suspended in the plasma.

ProtSmart 6 – a Class IIa medical device, a selective exosome concentrator utilizing innovative ultrafiltration technology with specialized filters featuring hundreds of pores. The filter permeability is nearly ⏈15,000 KDa, with a perfusion diameter < 5 nm. Due to its ability for selective concentration and ultrafiltration, water and salt ion fragments are pushed into the bag, while exosomes, proteins, and cells are collected inside the filter with a special membrane. Its high filtration capacity is due to its structure (the inner wall characterized by a high density of small pores).

The kit also includes: butterfly needle with handle, 2 x 20 ml syringe.

Additionally, for the procedure to be conducted properly, a horizontal centrifuge with appropriate centrifugal force and optimal spinning parameters is necessary. This allows for the retrieval of undamaged microvesicles releasing exosomes in high concentration while preserving their full regenerative potential. In our offering, we have the iFuge CS03 NXT centrifuge.

• During one procedure, the doctor processes 2 IDRIA G tubes with a nominal capacity of 34 ml each.
• This yields 27-28 ml of plasma in one 8-minute spin at parameters of 3200 rpm (1470 g), harmonized for the iFUGE CS03 NXT centrifuge model.
• The final product has a volume of 6-7 ml.

Indications in aesthetic medicine:

• Skin rejuvenation with improvement in tone, texture, and elasticity as well as uniformity of the dermis layer.
• Reduction of wrinkles and filling in fine lines.
• Revitalization of the eye contour.
• Revitalization of the skin on the hands, face, and neck.
• Acceleration of skin healing after more invasive procedures, such as surgical interventions.
• Treatment of alopecia – alopecia areata and androgenic alopecia, support in hair transplants.
• Reduction of inflammatory conditions.

Treatment protocol:

• Centrifugation of IDRIA G to properly separate the separator (2 minutes).
• Blood collection and mixing with an anticoagulant in IDRIA G.
• Centrifugation – 8 minutes, 3200 rpm (1470 g).
• Collection of plasma from the tube.
• Ultrafiltration in ProtSmart6.
• Collection of concentrate.
• Performing the procedure using the mesotherapy method.
