Needle-free injector Mirajet

Discover a worldwide innovation that has gained international recognition as a groundbreaking and unique technology for needle-free delivery of traditionally injectable products (such as PDLLA, botulinum toxin, or plasma) into the skin. Mirajet is the first and only needle-free injector powered by an Er:YAG laser – and it’s now available in our offer! The effectiveness and safety of this technology have been confirmed by numerous studies, which you can explore in our AESTHETIC SCHOOL PLATFORM.

Key Benefits of Mirajet:

  • Reduced pain – especially important for patients with needle phobia.

  • Precise drug delivery – the laser-induced microjet technology (Er:YAG laser) allows for precise control over both the depth and volume of the delivered substance, ensuring small and accurate doses. The device achieves high injection speed and can deliver the product into the upper dermal layer.

  • Minimal skin damage – Mirajet causes minimal disruption to the epidermis, resulting in shorter recovery time and fewer visible side effects such as bruising or erythema.

  • Synergistic effect – Mirajet provides two modes of action (Drug Effect + Micro-Jet Channeling Effect), leading to even more impressive treatment outcomes.

Mechanism of action

How Does Mirajet Work? How Does Mirajet Work?

    1. Laser absorption:
The Er:YAG laser beam (2940 nm) is absorbed by water contained in a sealed chamber, which is closed at the bottom by a movable membrane.

    2. Formation of a cavitation bubble:
The energy of the Er:YAG laser creates a vapor bubble (cavitation bubble) inside the water.

    3. Implosion and shock wave:
The cavitation bubble implodes, generating a powerful shock wave. The energy from this wave is transmitted through the water to the membrane.

    4. Creation of a pressure pulse:
The sudden movement of the membrane transfers a pressure impulse to the product located directly beneath it.

    5. Substance delivery:
The rapid increase in pressure propels the product through a nozzle at very high speed. The kinetic energy of the particles is sufficient to effortlessly penetrate the epidermis and reach the dermis.

    Technical parameters:

    • Particle velocity: 150 m/s – 800 m/s (average 350 m/s)

    • Penetration depth: 100 µm – 1500 µm

    • Nozzle size: 250 µm

    • Frequency: 10 – 40 Hz

    • Number of pulses: 12,000 – 15,000

  • Laser Er:YAG

    Lotus III

Mirajet is powered by an Er:YAG laser. The Lotus III laser, available in our offer, is one of the most recognized and advanced Er:YAG lasers on the market.

    What makes it stand out?

    • High pulse frequency:
The high-frequency pulses of the LOTUS III laser enable the ablation of various epidermal lesions in cold ablation mode with a pulse duration of 40 µs, as well as tissue coagulation using the thermal effect in ultra-long pulse mode with a duration of 5 ms.

    • Exceptional versatility:
The LOTUS III offers a wide range of settings and operating modes, allowing the creation of fully customized treatment protocols for different indications — from superficial ablation to deep peeling, from non-ablative to fully ablative and fractional resurfacing treatments.

    • Outstanding technical stability:
Thanks to LASEROPTEK’s reliable engineering, the 40 µs and 5 ms modes make it possible to treat a broader spectrum of skin conditions with shorter recovery time and minimal discomfort for the patient.
