MEC Regenerate®
After years of fascination with immediate results and visible volumization, aesthetic medicine is entering a phase of redefining the concept of youth and an era of controlled regeneration. Certified, biocompatible products that activate the skin’s natural renewal processes – delivering long-lasting results – are now taking center stage.

Next-generation stimulator
Unlike traditional fillers or fast-acting stimulators, MEC Regenerate® does not aim to deliver an immediate volumizing effect. Instead, it initiates a controlled, multi-stage process of dermal reconstruction, optimizing the tissue’s ability to rebuild collagen and elastin networks over time. As a result, its action is both safe and predictable. Each component activates at the appropriate biological phase following injection, triggering a cascade of tissue repair processes. The product has been designed for long-term regeneration of the extracellular matrix (ECM), restoring elasticity, firmness, and tissue density while preserving the natural harmony of facial features as they evolve with age. In addition to visible improvements in skin quality, a noticeable enhancement of the jawline and a natural lifting of the facial contours can be observed.

Components of the System
Mec Regenerate® is an intelligent extracellular matrix regeneration system. Its components (four pillars) activate at specific phases following administration, initiating a long-term rebuilding process aligned with the skin’s natural biological rhythm. The goal is to restore type I collagen, type III collagen, and elastin, resulting in visible improvements in skin firmness, density, elasticity, and resilience.
Type 1 Collagen 1 – a patented recombinant α1 chain of type I collagen, produced by silkworms, is 99.9% identical to human collagen. Now in its 60th generation, silkworms consistently produce collagen with uniform structure and quality. It demonstrates high structural and thermal stability, with no risk of animal-borne pathogen transmission. The α1 chain acts as a biomimetic signal for fibroblasts. Pro-Elastin – ey amino acids (glycine, valine, alanine, proline) that form the fundamental building blocks of elastin – the protein responsible for skin elasticity and resilience. This complex precisely delivers the substrates (“building blocks”) required for targeted elastin remodeling, while also serving as “fuel” for fibroblasts, supporting collagen production. As a result, it contributes to smoother skin, improved elasticity and resilience, and increased resistance to sagging and gravitational forces.Polycaprolactone (PCL) – a biodegradable, pharmaceutical-grade polymer in an advanced aqueous formulation, designed to avoid the adverse effects associated with solid PCL microspheres (such as granulomas or nodules). It acts as a modulator and stabilizer of regenerative signaling. As PCL gradually biodegrades, it stimulates fibroblasts to produce new endogenous collagen, leading over time to improved skin firmness and elasticity. Its slow resorption leaves behind a natural collagen network, prolonging the achieved results.
Carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) – a carrier gel forming a biocompatible hydrogel matrix. It enables even distribution of PCL and other components while stabilizing the product within the tissues. It provides an immediate, temporary lifting effect and supports hydration through its water-binding capacity, resulting in a short-term improvement in skin tension and appearance. CMC is resorbed within a few weeks, giving way to the long-term regenerative action of PCL.
