On 27 July 2025, an exceptional training session was held at Ambroziak Clinic in Warsaw, dedicated to combining hybrid collagen stimulators with advanced technologies: ultrasound for maximum safety and precision of injection (this part of the training was led by Dr Barbara Parda-Głomska, a world-renowned expert in the field), as well as a global innovation — the Mirajet Er:YAG laser-powered system, which enables needle-free delivery of substances, including polylactic acid, making the procedure more comfortable for patients. This part of the training was led by Brian Jae Soon Hwang, Oversea Business Team Lead at JSK Biomed.
Ambroziak Clinic is the first clinic in Europe to introduce this breakthrough needle-free technology for delivering substances into the skin.
How does Mirajet work? Er:YAG laser energy (2940 nm) generates cavitation within a water chamber. The resulting cavitation bubble implodes, generating a shockwave. The transferred energy causes a membrane to move, which generates a high-velocity stream of the preparation. This enables the active molecules to overcome the epidermal barrier and reach the dermis.
Clinical studies confirm the efficacy and safety of procedures performed using Mirajet. The technology minimises the risk of pain, bruising and scarring while preserving the integrity of the skin.
